We are excited to be welcoming back The ERIC VON BAND to The Neptune Room for this year's SHACK'S NYE PARTY!  Join us as we say goodbye to 2018 and H E L L O to 2019!

The celebration will offer multiple cash bars, drink specials, a light bites menu, live music and dancing with the Eric Von Band and a few surprises!

Doors of The Neptune Room will open at 8pm. Live music from 9pm to 1am.

TICKETS
General Admission (GA) Tickets will be available offering guests full access to the party with music and dancing. The $20 per person GA Ticket includes your cover charge and all ticket processing fees. General Admission (GA) refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved and may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For those wanting to secure their own "spot" for the evening, a limited number of Table Packages will be available. The only way you can reserve a table is to purchase a Table Package. The Table Packages include cover charge for each person, all ticket processing fees, a reserved table and seating. This Reserved Table will have your name on it and is yours for the entire evening so you can feel free to come and go at your leisure.

Table Packages are available for parties of 4, 6 and 8.  If you have more than 8 in your party, you will need to purchase an additional Table Package. For the maximum comfort and safety of all of our guests, we will not be moving/pushing tables together. If there are multiple tables in your party, we will do our best to put them near each other.

FOOD OPTIONS
Available from 8-11PM, the food menu has been designed as light bites and shared plates sure to fortify guests for the evening. This menu will feature Shack favorites and some delicious new additions.

PARKING
We have ample parking for guests of The Neptune Room. A large (lighted) self-parking lot is conveniently located just across the street from the restaurant. There is no charge for parking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is made seventy-two (72) hours or more in advance of the event date, your payment will be refunded in full; if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the event, you will not receive a refund. While all tickets are final and non-refundable within 72 hours of the event date, they are transferable. That means, if you are unable to attend the party, you cannot get a refund, but you could sell (or otherwise provide) the ticket to someone else to use.

If the event is cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded the full price of your ticket(s).
